In an exclusive interview with DailyMail.com, the mother of five of Britney Spears’s nine children said that her felon “ex-boyfriend” is a “deadbeat dad,” not providing child support for any of his children.

At the upscale Chateau Marmont hotel in Los Angeles on Wednesday night, Paul Soliz Jr., 37, was pictured with a disheveled, underwear-clad Britney. She was reportedly having a screaming fit, and security and paramedics were around them.

Soliz supposedly became the singer Hit Me Baby’s lover after initially being associated with her as a handyman and cleaner on her crew.

It has come to light that Soliz is already the father of nine children, according to DailyMail.com, and that the Los Angeles Department for Child Support Services (DCSS) and his children’s mother are pursuing him for child support.

The 36-year-old Nicole Mancilla said to DailyMail.com that despite Soliz cheating on her with Britney and not having paid for his five children with her or his other children with other women, he continues to try to see her at her mother’s house in Sylmar, California.
“Tell them that my spouse got caught in Britney Spears’ p****.” Mancilla remarked, “He was married, but he denies having children now.” “He ignores his kids in favor of her.”

The court documents that would have verified Soliz and Mancilla’s marriage were not found by DailyMail.com.

“He’s the EBT Nick Cannon,” Mancilla continued, alluding to the TV presenter who has 12 children from several women and receives food stamps through Electronic Benefits Transfer.
According to court documents that DailyMail.com was able to get, DCSS filed a civil lawsuit against Soliz on March 22. The complaint demands that Soliz pay $1,167 in child support each month in addition to 50% of Trystan Alexzander Soliz’s, 9, Dylan Andrew Soliz’s, 8, and 21-month-old Violet Pearl Soliz’s medical expenses.

According to the complaint, the kids have been getting government assistance since January 2020.

It indicates that Soliz makes $2,774 a month whereas Mancilla makes none.

A Los Angeles judge declared in September 2021 that Soliz was the father of Trystan, Dylan, Nicholas Soliz, age six, and Cesar Martinez-Mancilla, age 17.

The courts have not formally established Baby Violet’s paternity.

Additionally, in 2019, LA County filed a complaint against Soliz alleging that he owed Alexandra Gonzalez $615 per month in child support for their five-year-old twins, Anevy and Avery Soliz.

A January 2022 ruling acknowledged his paternity, but it also stated he owed “zero” in child support.

After being seen in the early hours of Thursday, May 2, outside the Chateau Marmont in her underwear and without a shirt after an apparent altercation with Soliz, Spears raised worries about a mental health crisis.

The 42-year-old diva seemed messy and had cuts on her knees as she left the house with her security and her ex-boyfriend.

In an interview with the newspaper, he disclosed that he performed minor home repairs, such as replacing doorknobs and clearing blockages in toilets.

Although Britney had “still chosen to spend time with” Paul after he was sacked from his job, insiders told Page Six that she was “not trying to hide their new-found friendship.”

In August, Britney was spotted in Calabasas, California, driving a white Mercedes-Benz with an unidentified man—possibly Paul—in the passenger seat.

Sam, Britney’s spouse, is rumored to have filed for divorce in the same month, citing “irreconcilable differences,” which allowed Britney to begin an affair with her former cleaner.
